I have had a life-long dream of being a chef either in a restaurant or as a caterer. I have recently decided to start a catering company and I will be chronicling that process here.
Long before Me, Myself, and Cuisine, I started this blog chronicling a catering company I had conceived. I held on to the domain and have gone back in and published some posts just as they were in 2011!

New Logo
I designed my first logo today! I am not sure if I will keep it, but it is a good start.
